Description

One of the two master firework artisans that captured the imaginations of the people in Edo-era Japan. Inheriting the knowledge of artisans throughout the ages, Kagi was an innovator who created new and exciting rockets to compete with rival and close friend, Tama. The spirit world firework festival was said to have been started by the pair after their competition to make ever more beautiful displays resulted in the creation of fireworks they couldn't launch with their spirit essence alone.

How to Acquire:

"The Great Fireworks Showdown" Defeat Lv. 40, 50, 120, 160 Avatar Shiranui. Random drops after LVL 40. Get a First Half Ranking of 1000 and above. Get a First Half Ranking of 2501~6000. Get a Total Ranking of 7500 and above.
