Secret Spirit Agents Wikia

This blog is for Event Daemons and Exchange Daemons only. If you want ratings for Daemons obtainable through Jewel Summon, check out the corresponding page here.

Well, seeing that wiki accidentally made this instead of letting me mess around with it, I guess it's a thing now lol

I'm hoping this will be a somewhat helpful, mostly objective guide in determining what's worth keeping and what's not. I am very much open to discussion so if you have any suggestions or disagreements with the ratings, feel free to comment below. Note that there may be some delays in getting ratings up and ratings are always subject to change.

FORMAT
Ratings formats for event daemons are slightly different to Jewel/Exchange Daemons.

Each daemon's format will be as follows:

Rarity - Daemon - [Team role] - Recommended LB - Recommended for Reserve team (Y/N) | Recommended bonds
[LB0] Score/10 for Story & Tower | Dailies & Farming | Conquest ~ [Recommended LB] Scores/10

ATK/HP (MAX), ATK/HP (MLB)
Skill: Skill description. [Cast time/Skill damage duration]
Ability(s): Ability description (Level unlocked)
Comments.

Team roles: Tank, Single target DPS (S-DPS), AoE DPS (A-DPS), Offensive support (OS), Defensive support (DS)

Ratings are based on skill, ability(s), stats at max, stats at recommended LBs and ease of acquisition.

UPDATE LOG
19/9/16 - Added Exchange Daemons.
19/9/16 - Added Reserve and Bond recommendations. Changed the rankings and descriptions of a few daemons (primarily the 5-stars and Shinsengumi) based on new mechanics coming out.
16/3/17 - Updated Lemegeton.

Exchange Daemons[]

Kogitsunemaru - Melee - [A-DPS, Tank] - Rec: LB1 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, HP
[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 8/10 | DF: 8/10 | CQ: 8/10
8000/8500 (MAX), 9546/10143 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies in her row for moderate damage.
Ability(s): Reduces damage taken (75)
Nice all round stats and a useful ability makes her a great tank.

Titanium Elf - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec:' LB0, LB3 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG
[LB0] ST: 8/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 7/10 ~ [LB3] ST: 10/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 10/10
9800/8000 (MAX), 11694/9546 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for moderate damage and increases damage taken.
Ability(s): Sharply increases crit rate and damage when another Elf is on the team (85)
A godly boss-killer. Her skill is incredible for piling the damage on targets, and bosses with high HP will drop like flies. Despite unlocking at LB3, her ability turns her into a terrifying monster, particularly in Conquest.

Qin Shi Huang's Tomb - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG
[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 9/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 7/10
10000/7300 (MAX), 11933/8712(MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage.
Ability(s): Sharply increases skill damage (60); low chance of inflicting Petrifaction with skill (74)
The lovechild of Mjolnir and Medusa, Qin is a nice daemon to grab for those who don't have Joan of Arc as her first ability puts her AoE damage on par with Joan's. As with Joan, the recommended LB would be as high as possible- it's tempting to just get her at LB1 for her second ability, but the chance of Petrifying is quite low.

Gilles de Rais [Knight] - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG
[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 8/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 6/10
10000/7800 (MAX), 11933/9307 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage.
Ability(s): Moderately increases crit rate but increases damage taken (78)
Yet another full-screen AoEer, Gilles the Knight is very much a glass cannon- his crit rate boost puts his overall damage on par with Joan and Qin's, but at the cost of survivability.

Gabriel - Ranged - [OS, S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB3 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Skill DMG
[LB0] ST: 8/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB3] ST: 9/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 9/10
10000/7000 (MAX), 11933/8354 (MLB)
Skill: Hits one enemy for extreme damage and silences them.
Ability(s): Chance of petrifying enemy with highest attack at the start of each wave (50), Divinas have a chance to burn with normal attack (81)
Possibly the best offensive supporter we've had so far. Her silence is perfect for shutting down bosses, and her 2 abilities synergise with this well. Her first ability will normally also affect the boss at the start of each wave, and increases the chance of scoring a crit on it too. Her second ability makes her a permanent pseudo-Socrates, which great for extra DPS in conquest, and is somewhat helpful in story battles too. Even better, it can activate from the reserve team.

Juzumaru Tsunetsugu - Melee - [Tank, DS] - Rec: LB3 - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: HP, Normal DMG
[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB3] ST: 8/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 6/10
7500/8200 (MAX), 8949/9786 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies in for moderate damage and decreases damage dealt.
Ability(s): Increases damage dealt when one of the Five Great Swords of Japan is on the team (45); Sharply reduces damage taken (83)
With damage reduction on both her skill and ability, Juzumaru is a decent option to go to if you don't already have a good tank. However, her stats make her somewhat fragile without that second ability, so she really needs to be LB3 to tank well. Her skill is also somewhat similar to that of healer/damage reducers like Mikhael or Luminous Pearl, which makes that LB3 all the more important. If you already have a good tank, you may wish to skip her or get her at LB0 for her damage reduction skill since it affects all enemies.

Loki - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB0, LB3 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG
[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB3] ST: 7/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 5/10
11000/8000 (MAX), 13126/8354 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy with highest HP for light damage and burns them.
Ability(s): High chance to paralyse with skill (43), Phantasmas have a chance of paralysing with skill (85)
Similar to Gabriel in that he's designed as a crowd controller, but not as effective in terms of what he brings to the table. First off, his skill damage is pitiful. A 100% chance to burn is nice, but there are plenty of other daemons who can provide burn or poison with reasonable skill damage (eg. Mephisto). His paralyse does provide some crowd control, but is not entirely reliable, and only works with skills, not normal attacks as with Gabriel's burn, or Nyarlathotep's silence. All in all, probably not worth your while.

Lemegeton - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB2 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Normal DMG
[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 6/10
10800/7800 (MAX), 12887/9307 (MLB)
Skill: Increases damage taken by all enemies.
Ability(s): Chance to stun with skill (50); lifesteal for melees (80)
She looks good on paper, but isn't that great in practice. Her active skillset is pretty lacklustre, as she's essentially Spider's Thread 2.0 with added stun- not too useful compared to Socrates. Her second ability also looks extremely attractive, as it allows all melee allies to regain HP with every attack they make, but since it only allows for a measly 5% of damage dealt to be recovered as HP, it's a downer as well. Oh well.

"Outbreak! A Day of Battle in Shinjuku!"[]

StarStarStar

Scarlett Shott - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10
4900/4000 (MAX), 6234/5090 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 enemies for light damage (ranged priority).
Ability(s): N/A
A weaker Muramasa. Unless you like her art (like I do <3), she's not worth keeping.

StarStarStarStar

Gilles de Rais - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 7/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 5/10
7200/5820 (MAX), 8827/7135 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage.
Ability(s): N/A
The poor man's Joan- I suppose he's worth it if you don't have Joan, or if you have him at a high LB and Joan at a low LB. Otherwise, he's not worth keeping.

StarStarStarStar

Amitabha Tathagata - Ranged - [DS] - Rec: LB0 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 3/10 7200/5820 (MAX), 8583/6767 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies and cures them of poison.
Ability(s): Immune to poison (25)
The only dedicated poison healer in the game (Melvina, anyone?). Currently, she's only useful as a damage dealer because there are no poison-using mobs, but she's got huge potential for future events where poison might be a thing. LB0 is sufficient for her poison heal- higher LBs only increase her damage and heals (though not by a huge amount).

StarStarStarStarStar

Mikhael - Melee - [Tank, DS] - Rec: LB1 - Reserve: Y/N - Bonds: Normal DMG, HP

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 8/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 7/10
7500/8800 (MAX), 8949/10501 (MLB)
Skill: Heals 3 allies and reduces damage taken (melee priority).
Ability(s): Heals all allies at the start of each wave (75)
Quite possibly the most dedicated tank of the entire game. Her skill is extremely useful for difficult battles where survivability is the no. 1 issue. Her wave heal is also a powerful asset and unlocked fairly early at LB1. As a helper, she might be a bit harder to use as a tank due to positioning, but her skill and abilities are still pretty useful for supporting whoever's tanking.

StarStarStarStarStar

Joan of Arc - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 9/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 7/10
10000/7500 (MAX), 11933/8949 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for moderate damage.
Ability(s): Increases Divina attack (60)
At LB0, she's essentially a slightly less tanky Mjolnir. The only perk is that she has Momotaro's ability, which provides decent support for a Divina team. She becomes more useful at higher LBs, though- a high LB Joan is a great all-round helper, and performs decently in conquest events due to her ability to quickly clear rounds of mobs.

"-Is this Destiny? -Orochi on the Counterattack-"[]

StarStarStar

Lady Kushinaida - Healer - [DS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10
4600/4000 (MAX), 5853/5090 (MLB)
Skill: Heals 3 allies with lowest % of HP.
Ability(s): N/A
The poor man's Isis. Seeing that Isis wasn't really useful, she isn't really either, even at LB2 (what most people will have her at).

StarStarStarStar

Dragonia Killa - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Normal DMG, Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 7/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 6/10
5150/6450 (MAX), 6314/7908 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for moderate damage and increases damage taken.
Ability(s): N/A
The alternative to Georgius if you didn't get her from Jewel Summon, she's not a bad unit and would certainly help with boss killing. This also makes her somewhat useful in conquests if you want to use her, though there are probably better options.

StarStarStarStar

Ame-no-Habakiri - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 4/10
5500/6300 (MAX), 6744/7724 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for moderate damage.
Ability(s):
A single-target boss killer. Nothing interesting to see here, move along.

StarStarStarStarStar

Yamata-no-Orochi - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 8/10
9900/7800 (MAX), 11813/9307 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for extreme damage and reduces attack speed.
Ability(s): Sharply increases crit rate (80)
A great daemon for nullifying bosses- his skill hits a single enemy for big damage AND reduces their ability to retaliate by dropping their attack speed. His rather mediocre damage output goes up somewhat when he unlocks his ability at LB2, but he's still decent at LB0 for his skill effects.

StarStarStarStarStar

Susanoo - Melee - [A-DPS] - Rec: LB3 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB3] ST: 9/10 | DF: 8/10 | CQ: 8/10
7000/9300 (MAX), 8354/11097 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies in her row for moderate damage with a low chance to stun.
Ability(s): Increases max HP (30), sharply increases skill damage (85)
Extremely tanky, Susanoo is the lovechild of Kinoshita Masamune and Nue. However, with her poor damage output and low stun chance, she doesn't really provide much to the team outside of being a HP sponge until she hits LB3.

"Jewels and The Secret Workshop"[]

StarStarStar

Nephrite - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 3/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 4/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 4/10
3600/4500 (MAX), 4580/5724 (MLB)
Skill:Hits enemy for moderate damage.
Ability(s): N/A
Awful stats, mediocre damage. Move along.

StarStarStarStar

Dom Pedro Aquamarine - Melee - [Tank] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: Y/N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 6/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 6/10
5000/6000 (MAX), 6131/7356 (MLB)
Skill: Heals self and increases damage dealt.
Ability(s): Restores a small amount of HP to Animas at the start of each wave.
She has an amazing skill and fairly nifty ability, but sadly doesn't have the stats to go along with it. Her ability also unlocks at LB1. Still that skill can really help you in a pinch if you do use her.

StarStarStarStar

Empress of Uruguay - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 5/10~ ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 5/10
7000/5300 (MAX), 8583/6498 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for moderate damage.
Ability(s):Increaes skill damage (57)
Another boring all enemies AoE-er. Move along.

StarStarStarStarStar

Hermes Trismegistus - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB1 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Normal DMG, Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 8/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 7/10
9800/7500 (MAX), 11694/8949 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 enemies for light damage. Very high chance to Paralyse.
Ability(s): Increases EXP gained (75)
While her attack and skill damage aren't anything special, her very high paralysis rate is neat. Being able to render two enemies incapable of using normal attacks makes Hermes a great daemon for harder battles with annoying enemies. Her ability is nice if you want to level up quickly, and is useful for reducing item usage in Tower events.

StarStarStarStarStar

Luminous Pearl - Healer - [A-DPS] - Rec: LB1, As high as possible - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Normal DMG, Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 8/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 6/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 9/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 7/10
8400/8000 (MAX), 10023/9546 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies and reduces damage taken.
Ability(s): Heals ally with lowest HP at the start of each wave (27), increases crit rate of Animas when leader (75)
At first glance, Luminous Pearl's skill and first ability appear to be rather disappointing since they're almost identical to Mikhael's, but then you get to a difficult story battle and realise how invaluable her healing is for keeping everyone alive. Her second ability makes her a force to be reckoned with in an Anima team, especially if she's paired with another crit-stacker like Antikythera.

"Meiji Monster on a Rampage"[]

StarStarStar

Okita Soji [Restoration] - Melee - [DS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: HP, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 8/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 6/10
5000/6000 (MAX), 6361/7633 (MLB)
Skill:Heals 2 allies and reduces damage taken (melee priority).
Ability(s):Increases level by 13 when another member of the Shinsengumi is on the team (53)
Essentially a mini-Mikhael, Okita's Restoration form has amazingly good stats as a 3-star. His ability (unlocked at the same level as the original) give his stats and skill a huge boost, and allows him to rival LB0 Pearl and Mikhael when he's at MLB (the reason why it's recommended to get him as high as possible as opposed to LB1). As such, he's perfect for use as a cheap conquest tanker.

StarStarStarStar

Kondo Isami - Melee - [OS, S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, as high as possible - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: Normal DMG, Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 8/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 6/10
5000/5600 (MAX), 6131/7499 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for heavy damage. Very high chance to stun.
Ability(s): Increases level by 17 when another member of the Shinsengumi is on the team (62)
While his stats aren't as impressive as Okita's, his main attraction is his stun chance- starting out at ~75% at LB0 and going past 90% at MLB, making him a great boss-killer support. Like Okita, his ability unlocks at LB1 and gives him a much-needed stat boost when paired with Okita in the reserves. A great support daemon.

StarStarStarStar

Abaddon - Ranged - [OS, A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 4/10~ ~ [MLB] ST: 8/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 6/10
7500/5000 (MAX), 9195/6131 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage and reduces attack speed.
Ability(s): Sharply ncreases skill damage (64)
The poor man's Nurarihyon. She does more damage than Kraken, but doesn't slow enemy targets as much. Make what you will of her.

StarStarStarStarStar

Commodore Perry (Demonic) - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 6/10
7200/9000 (MAX), 8591/10739 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage.
Ability(s): Moderately increases damage dealt and sharply increases attack speed. (80)
Essentially a more offensive version of Kenshin, his ability gives him some much needed offensive presence that melee full-screen AoEers suffer from. As a result, his damage output is on par with ranged full screen AoEers (eg. Joan, Qin) at the same LB.

StarStarStarStarStar

Kashuu Kiyomitsu - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 7/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 8/10
7200/8000 (MAX), 8591/10501 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for extreme damage.
Ability(s): Low chance of stunning with skill (40); significantly decreases damage taken (80)
Essentially a glorified Okita Soji once she hits LB2. Rather disappointing for a ranking daemon, but if you want a tankier replacement for Momotaro or Kuji, she fits the bill. Her single-hit skill also helps to ensure skill kills.

"Thanksgiving Day Beatdown"[]

StarStarStar

Turkey Lurkey - Ranged - [DS] - Rec: LB0 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 3/10 | DF: 2/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 6/10
5350/3850 (MAX), 6807/4899 (MLB)
Skill:Heals ally with the lowest HP.
Ability(s): N/A
A very, very situational skill, which might be useful for newbies going through the first 8 chapters of the story, but beyond that, she probably won't have much use.

StarStarStar

Robin Hood - Ranged - [OS, A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 6/10
5300/3900 (MAX), 6743/4961 (MLB)
Skill:Hits 3 enemies for light damage (ranged priority). High chance to stun.
Ability(s): N/A
While his damage is not amazing, the fact that he has a high (borderline very high at MLB) chance of stunning 3 targets definitely is amazing. This could potentially give him a niche in conquest, if stunning enemies is important.

StarStarStarStar

Dotanuki - Melee - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG, Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 4/10
5000/6300 (MAX), 6131/7724 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy for heavy damage.
Ability(s):Sharply increases skill damage (64)
A single-target boss killer. Nothing interesting to see here, move along.

StarStarStarStar

Muramasa (Thanksgiving) - Ranged - [OS, A-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 7/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 6/10
6950/5100 (MAX), 8521/6253 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 enemies for moderate damage (ranged priority). Very high chance to induce sleep.
Ability(s): Heals ally with the lowest HP % at the start of each wave (70)
Muramasa Thanksgiving is a lot weaker than normal Muramasa, but her ability to induce sleep on the 2 enemies she hits is a great situational ability for tough battles where you have a big, bad, ranged boss (eg. 8.6.7). Her wave heal is also nice, but comes at a high cost of LB2. Very achievable though.

StarStarStarStarStar

Mayflower - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 8/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 7/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 7/10 | CQ: 8/10
10000/7600 (MAX), 11933/9070 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 enemies for heavy damage (highest ATK).
Ability(s): Increases allies' crit damage when leader (70); Slightly increases crit rate at the start of each wave (80)
Essentially a crit-stacking Muramasa, her high skill damage and abilities give her the potential to wreak havoc on enemies, especially if she's paired with other crit-stackers. Her only downsides are that her first ability requires her to be leader, which clashes with another prominent crit-stacking ability in Luminous Pearl, while her second comes at a costly LB2 and requires longer battles (5 or more waves) to really be noticeable.

StarStarStarStarStar

Freyr - Healer - [OS, Utility] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 10/10 | CQ: 8/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 7/10 | DF: 10/10 | CQ: 9/10
8400/8000 (MAX), 10023/9546 (MLB)
Skill: Increases damage dealt by all allies.
Ability(s): Increases soulstones gained by 25% (65); Heals Divinas at the start of each wave (78)
A more powerful version of Princess Saho, but with farming capability. Aside from farming, his most prominent use will be in conquests, buffing your team's big hitters and keeping them alive with his heals. His second ability provides additional healing, though it doesn't have any major impact on his value as a daemon. He also works well when bonded to Mayflower, giving her a 5% skill damage boost in addition to the 5% HP he would normally grant.

"Shadow over Christmas"[]

StarStarStar

Kotatsu - Healer - [DS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10
4150/4300 (MAX), 5821/5471 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies for a small amount.
Ability(s): N/A
Like Kushinada, Kotatsu is a poor man's Isis. Make what you will of that.

Ginger Breadman - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 6/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 6/10
5200/3900 (MAX), 6616/4961 (MLB)
Skill:Hits 3 enemies for light damage (melee priority).
Ability(s): N/A
This Gingerbread woman is basically a crappier Robin Hood. Move along.

Tokarev Pistol (Christmas) - Ranged - [S-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[S-DPS] - ST: 4/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 4/10
7500/5650 (MAX), 9195/6928 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy with lowest HP for heavy damage.
Ability(s): Increases skill damage (64)
Toka 2.0 has now become a Lightning clone. His skill seems decent until you realise it does damage to the enemy with the lowest HP. She does get a boost to her skill damage, but it isn't worth it for LB1.

Kiyo (Christmas) - Ranged - [OS, A-DPS] - Rec: LB1 - Reserve: Y/N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 6/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 5/10
5100/5900 (MAX), 6253/7234 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 random enemies for moderate damage. Chance to stun.
Ability(s): Reduces damage dealt by foes at the start of each wave (65)
All in all, Kiyo is a fairly difficult daemon to use- random targeting isn't ideal, and her stats are rather poor for a melee attacker. She makes for a reasonable member of the reserve team, though most people wouldn't LB1 her just for that.

Nyarlathotep - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 8/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 6/10
9800/7500 (MAX), 11694/8949 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage. Chance to stun.
Ability(s): High chance to silence with normal attack (80)
At LB0, Nyarly is an improved version of Beethoven. However, it is at LB2 that she becomes properly terrifying, with the ability to continually silence whatever she's attacking (as you may have experienced while battling her). This can wreak havoc on big bosses and whatever else you find annoying (eg. black birds) without the need to use skill shards.

Miss Santa - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB0, LB2 - Reserve: N - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 6/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 7/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 5/10
10000/7750 (MAX), 11933/9249 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies and increases damage dealt.
Ability(s): Reduces enemy crit damage at the start of each wave (78)
Jack of all trades but master of none. Because of this, Miss Santa is extremely situational, and is outclassed by proper healer-buffers like Freyr or Princess Saho. Her second ability isn't really too useful at the moment, but it could helps with surviving attacks from particularly mean brutes. That could change if PvP is implemented though.

Firecracker - Melee - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 3/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 4/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 4/10
3500/4500 (MAX), 4453/5724 (MLB)
Skill: Hits nearby enemies for light damage.
Ability(s): N/A
Fairly boring melee AoEer. Move along.

StarStarStarStar

Ibaraki Doji (Lunar New Year) - Melee - [OS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 3/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 6/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 3/10
5000/5800 (MAX), 6131/7112 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage. Very high chance to silence.
Ability(s): Significantly increases crit damage (42); Sharply increases damage when Shuten Doji is on the team (80).
Ibaraki v2.0 is basically the poor man's Sutoku. However, unlike Sutoku, his damage output is rather lacklustre. His abilities do help with this somewhat, I suppose, but they don't synergise too well with him- his first relies on him critting first, which is rare for a melee unit, whereas his second ability requires MLB AND Shuten Doji to activate.

Wakatoshi - Healer - [DS] - Rec: LB1 - Reserve: Y/N - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 5/10 | DF: 8/10 | CQ: 4/10
5500/5600 (MAX), 6744/6866 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies and reduces damage taken.
Ability(s): Slightly increases EXP gained (63)
Wakatoshi is another standard healer/damage reducer, which means she probably won't see too much use in battle, as there are plenty of better options. However, you can expect to use her in reserve for her EXP boost.

StarStarStarStarStar

Belphegor - Ranged - [A-DPS] - Rec:As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 8/10 | DF: 8/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 10/10 | DF: 9/10 | CQ: 6/10
11000/7150 (MAX), 13126/8533 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 3 enemies with highest attack for heavy damage.
Ability(s): Slightly decreases all enemies' attack speed at the start of each wave (39); Sharply increases skill damage. (80)
Belphegor is quite possibly one of the most overpowered AoEers in the game, dealing almost 3k damage with her skill at LB0, and almost 4k at MLB (thanks to her second ability). Slap some skill DMG bonds on and give her a type advantage, and she'll be hitting for well over 5k with her skill. That's the sort of damage that single target nukers do... except Belphegor hits 3 targets! Oh, her first ability is nice too, by the way.

Old Clock Chronos - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB1 - Reserve: Y - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [LB1] ST: 8/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 8/10
10500/7200 (MAX), 12529/8591 (MLB)
Skill: Hits 2 allies for light damage and removes buffs.
Ability(s): Increases attack speed of allies during the final wave (45), Increases battle time (78)
One of the most unique daemons in the game, Chronos' main attraction is his ability to increase the battle time limit. Given that time is a crucial factor in scoring 3-stars on story and tower battles, as well as conquest damage and PvP, Chronos is a big boost to the reserve team for any battle. His skill, while more situational, can be very useful against certain enemies, especially those that have heal/damage reduction buffs (eg. bandana skeletons, Dai), as well as PvP. Oh, his first ability is also nice too.

4650/3900 (MAX), 5915/4961 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies for a small amount.
Ability(s): N/A
A healing melee without the damage reduction. Interesting, but not very useful sadly. Move along.

Magic Mirror - Melee - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: N - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 5/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 6/10
5280/4120 (MAX), 6717/5242 (MLB)
Skill: Increases damage taken by current target.
Ability(s): N/A
Basically Titanium Elf or Amanojaku, but without the damage. If you don't have either of them, or want a budget version of one of them, she's your gal.

StarStarStarStar

Minister Ichikami - Ranged - [DS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 4/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5/10 | DF: 8/10 | CQ: 4/10
7100/5400 (MAX), 8705/6620 (MLB)
Skill: Heals all allies and reduces damage taken.
Ability(s): Increases crit damage of Festival Dolls (64)
Yet another standard healer/damage reducer, but slightly more useless as she targets ranged instead of melee. Her stats are also very, very mediocre. Her ability is also rather useless as you're not likely to be running a (gimmicky!) Festival Doll team.

StarStarStarStar

Odairi - Melee - [A-DPS] - Rec: As high as possible - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: Skill DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 5/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 5610 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 4/10
5120/6000 (MAX), 6278/7356 (MLB)
Skill: Hits nearby enemies for moderate damage.
Ability(s): Increases crit damage of Festival Dolls (64)
A pretty standard melee AoEer, and his skill actually has decent damage for a 4-star. However, he is far from amazing, and like Ichikami, his ability is rather useless as you're not likely to be running a (gimmicky!) Festival Doll team.

StarStarStarStarStar

Witch Ravenna - Ranged - [Tank, S-DPS, OS] - Rec:LB2, MLB - Reserve: N - Bonds: Snow White, Normal DMG, HP

[LB0] ST: 7/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 7/10 ~ [MLB] ST: 10/10 | DF: 6/10 | CQ: 8/10
7500/9000 (MAX), 8949/10739 (MLB)
Skill: Hits enemy with highest attack for extreme damage and reduces damage dealt.
Ability(s): Heals 2.5% of max HP every 5 seconds (50); Chance to silence with normal attack (78)
The first truly multirole tank since Nue in the early days of the game. Her defensive capabilities are immediately obvious, through her heal over time and damage reduction on her skill. This makes Ravenna the tankiest daemon in the game for longer battles, and she comes second to tanks with damage reduction (Juzumaru, Kogi, Kashuu) only against enemies with a powerful single target skill (eg. wolves). Her offensive capabilities aren't immediately obvious, but once you take into the fact that she has a special bond with Snow White for an 8% boost to both her normal and skill attacks, she becomes a terrifying offensive force too. Oh, did I mention she can silence on her normal attack too? Damn terrifying, alright.

StarStarStarStarStar

Ohina - Ranged - [OS] - Rec: LB2 - Reserve: Y* - Bonds: Normal DMG

[LB0] ST: 5/10 | DF: 3/10 | CQ: 4/10 ~ [LB2] ST: 6/10 | DF: 4/10 | CQ: 4/10
10400/7500 (MAX), 12410/8949 (MLB)
Skill: Hits all enemies for light damage and decreases attack speed
Ability(s): Increases crit damage of Festival Dolls (50); sharply increase damage dealt by Festival Dolls when leader (80)
Alone, Ohina is quite possibly the worst ranking daemon to ever grace the earth. 1.4k damage is pitiful, and a 15% decrease in speed is almost unnoticeable. Her abilities also require her to be leader for what is essentially a self-buff, which is totally not worth it. A lot of her usefulness relies heavily on Festival Doll passives to deal large amounts of damage. I mean, if she does crit, she can do up to 540% normal damage, but there are far better daemons that can take up the role of a crit-based attacker, like Titanium Elf or Leonardo. Keep if you like her art (seriously though, how could you) or you need ranged Animas for bonds.
